We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund. For lost packages, please contact us after the expected delivery date has passed.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply.
